Our Sessions

Find out what’s involved

All of our sessions are programmed and developed prior to the workout. We like to be organised and make sure our tekniQ-ers get the most out of their 60 minutes with us. We start on time and rarely go over the end time and because of this we like you to be on time every session – otherwise you miss out.
