Let off some steam!

What a great way to let off steam, release tension, build strength and improve your cardio vascular system. Boxing also aids coordination and mental alertness as there are always ‘combos’ (combinations of punches) or various types of sets you need to remember.

We teach you how to punch, stand, move and hold mitts correctly. Just because you can throw a punch doesn’t mean you are doing it right and being a bad mitter is so unfair to your partner. We need to be good at all of it to get the most out of it!
