We have never repeated a session!

This is nothing new but we like to keep it exciting. Circuits are designed to include a variety of exercises based on time and repetitions. Our circuits are kept new and various for each session we do. We are very proud to say that we have not repeated a session in 5 years – ever!

Circuits may be up to 10 stations in length with 30 – 90 seconds at each one using equipment, body weighted exercises, runs or even boxing.
