Equipment

We like to use equipment including the human body

In most of our sessions you will see a variety of equipment ranging from mats on the floor to barbells, we believe that utilising different tools and methods will get the most out of you and that also includes using your body weight. Some sessions we only use the human body to push and pull to the limits.
