Fitness Assessments

Reaching your goals

Not all of us are there to lose weight and many of us like to gauge our fitness through an assessment where we can see our improvements through our training. This is optional and not compulsory and only happens every 2nd block. It also only takes about 20 minutes so you still get to train after it!
