Doing it right

Because there are so many different exercises and we are all at different fitness levels we believe that learning how to so an exercise the right way trumps anything else when you train. Firstly you need to know how to squat or do a push up properly BEFORE you can punch out multiple ones. We always tell our tekniQ-ers ‘let’s see you do 5 good ones not 20 rubbish ones’ – this will get you much better results and let’s be honest, this is not competition training!!
