This is not boot camp. This is outdoor training. West Hoxton.

Dee Zamprogno

Founder, Director and Trainer

I have been in the fitness industry for 6 years and a fitness lover my whole life! I believe in leading by example and showing my TekniQ-ers that I don’t just tell them how to do things – I actually do it myself.

I like to think of myself as trainer that coaches her clients to form a lifestyle that is full of good and positive habits, empowering them to become happier within themselves and to make choices for a healthier fitter future.

I see fitness as a way to improve all aspects of our lives. Something takes over us when we make achievements we never thought we could – from doing a push up on our toes to being able to run non-stop over a distance we never thought possible! I really love to see the faces on my TekniQ-ers during a session when they are shown how to push their bodies through their own mental strength and when they reach new levels in their training. Self-discipline and focus is such a powerful tool and a beautiful thing to witness.

People underestimate the power of our minds and self-talk. One thing that is a must in our training and one thing that I believe makes such a difference to everyone that attends and trains with TekniQ. Yes my training is always varied, challenging and I believe up there with the best a PT can offer but we go so much deeper than that when we train and that is what makes TekniQ different.

My philosophy: never give into the negativity and always push those boundaries for new highs!
